Are you ready for a change? HIIT is designed to help participants achieve superior fat loss while maintaining muscle. This class alternates between short periods of cardio exercise with less intense recovery periods. You will improve your athletic capacity and condition, improve glucose metabolism and improve fat burning. Bring your own hand weights.

If you're a super fan in either of these areas, you'll likely find the support you've been looking for to share your extensive knowledge on trivia and conspiracy theories or new songs and comebacks. We represent fans from both groups with some crossover. This program is led and developed by teen Kpop and Anime fans.

Come for fun, to meet new people and to face challenges that will test your problem solving and teamwork skills. Open 6th-12th graders. Games include Ticket to Ride, Betrayal at House on the Hill, Forbidden Island, Love Letter, Mysterium, King of Tokyo, and more!

Looking to volunteer at your library? Gain volunteer hours and discover leadership opportunities by joining the teen advisory. As a participant, you'll plan teen events, guide the library in providing better services and give back to your community. Have your voice be heard and discover the many ways you can participate to gain the volunteer hours you might need to graduate.
