The Westport Historical Society Speaker Series seeks to promote and foster public interest in and preserve the significance of local history. Title of Talk: Windows of Kansas City Speaker: Bruce Mathews Join us at the Westport Branch Library on Saturday June 13th as we welcome author Bruce Mathews. Mathews will speak on the subject of stained glass windows, and the artistry involved in the creation of these colored glass masterpieces. Mathews will also share information about stained glass windows in Kansas City from his current book "Windows of Kansas City: As Art, History, and Inspiration."
