Winter’s Light: An Evening of Multi-Faith Music, Dance, and Storytelling

The Kansas City Public Library has postponed the Winter’s Light event scheduled for this evening at the Plaza Branch, 4801 Main St, at the request of the performers. Winter’s Light: An Evening of Multi-Faith Music, Dance, and Storytelling has been rescheduled for Thursday, March 3, at 6:30 p.m. at the Plaza Branch. This event will feature performances of music, dance, and storytelling from multiple traditions including Hinduism, Sufism, Bahá’í Faith, and others. The performances will serve to express the light within all people and celebrate oneness as well as individuality. This event is co-sponsored by the Greater Kansas City Interfaith Council.
