Appointments

While the Kansas City Public Library has reopened our doors for many in-person services again, there are still a few personal services we have available by appointment.

Jump to Services

You must sign up in advance to reserve an appointment for your desired service. Patrons are limited to one session per service per day in order to accommodate as many people as we safely can. Not all locations offer the same services;
please visit your preferred location's page to see which services they offer at this time.

We require all patrons over the age of two to wear a mask, covering both your mouth and nose, while in the library. We are also requiring social distancing of at least six feet between people. If you need to interact with staff, please stand in front of the plexiglass screens.

For more information about the current services offered by the Kansas City Public Library,
please visit our Coronavirus Updates page.
