Plaza Branch
Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the glittering Country Club Plaza with a view of Brush Creek wending its way east. Here you will find the "Good As Gold" Sculpture made of books. It serves not only the immediate area but also surrounding neighborhoods in all directions, boasting a wealth of children’s and youth resources and activities, books on arts and crafts, and ample business materials. It also has large video, compact disc, and audiobook collections.
The lower-level Truman Forum Auditorium, with fixed seating for more than 200 people, regularly hosts the Library’s award-winning signature events series, including discussions and other presentations by locally and nationally known authors, artists, and civic leaders. Several meeting rooms are available for community or neighborhood meetings.
Free parking is available in the Plaza Branch's parking garage.
