Inactive Projects: A project in the Gifts & Grants Fund shall be deemed inactive if no recommendations are made by the Library staff about expenditures or distributions from the project for a period of two years. At this time, the Library shall give written notice to the donor or grantor. The Donor or Grantor shall have 90 days from the date of the written notice to make a recommendation with respect to a distribution from the project. If the Donor or Grantor fails to make a recommendation within the 90-day period, the Library can terminate the project. The assets of the project shall be distributed to the general purposes of the permanent endowment fund of the Library.
